Please help

Hello,

I have problems understanding these sentences:

1) Tuesday at 8/7c. What does 8/7c mean?

2) 14 and 32/100. why write 32/100?

3) what does it mean when some one says "Sparks will fly".

Please help me understand. Emotion: crying

32/100 means 0.32. It is just a different way of writing 14.32. You might want to write "14 and 32/100" when you want to ensure that there is no misin
