please guide me through improving listening skills

I have problem with listening skill. I'm an Iranian. When I'm watching moviesi can't get many dialogs without subtitles because they speak very fast along with mumbling. Is there any practical way to improve my listening skills? I don't have any massive speaker around because I'm in Iran.

Thank you but looking up the text while listening would not cause to learn. I think it's better to listen and when we feel that we cannot detect the words in the speaker's voice, we'll look up the text.

I agree. That's why I wrote: if you get stuck. (Did you understand that part?)
