Please grant me leave from 15th April to 20th April.

Dear all,

Could you please tell me which of the following sentences are correct?

1) Kindly grant me leave from the 15th of April to the 20th of April.

2) Kindly grant me leave from 15th of April to 20th of April.

3) Kindly grant me leave from 15th April to 20th April.
