Could somebody please grammar check this sentence? Is it understandable? And can I use the punctuation like this?
In order to make a well-founded decision in the matter, the board, before adjudication of the matter in the meeting of the board, requested information from the local boarding school regarding cooperation with the Jane Smith’s parents and observations about child’s appearance at the school after holidays spent with the family; information was requested also from the family doctor of Jane Smith; local hospital; social services regarding child’s mother, Vicky Smith; and the Maintenance Guarantee Fund whether means of maintenance are being paid from the Maintenance Guarantee Fund regarding the minor, Agnese Diana Arpe.I know this is a rather long sentence; therefore, I truly appreciate your help!
