Please go get a glass in/from the kitchen.....

Which of the following sentences is/are correct?

1) Please go get a glass in/from the kitchen.

2) Please go and get a glass in/from the kitchen.

3) Please get a glass in/from the kitchen.

If all three are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use?

Thank you
