Please give my feedback for my writing, thanks a lot

The line graph illustrates the consumption of fish and 3 separate kinds of meat in a European country from 1979 to 2004.

Overall, the figure for chicken was on rapid increase, whereas the consumption of 3 other types of meat dropped on varying degrees. In addition, chicken seemed to be the most favorite food almost all the time surveyed.

In 1979, beef was the most popular kind off meat consumed, with around 220 grams each person weekly, whereas the was a fair similarity between the exxpenditure on chicken and lamb, at under 150 grams of the former and exactly 150 grams of the latter. Fish comprised the lowest number with only 60 grams eaten at the same time.

The period from 1989 to 2004 witnessed a significant growth in the expenditure on chicken. By 2004, chicken consumption overtook the first rank of beef, reaching the peak of approximately 250 grams. By contrast, beef consumption saw a slowly declined from nearly 200 grams to 100 grams. Additionally, the amount of lamb and fish used fell significantly to over 60 grams and 40 grams respectively at the same time.
