In the last 20 years, male roles in society have been replaced by the ones of females. Leadership was traditionally viewed as male task, but now it is female’s responsibility as well. Also, in the past 20 years, the rate of women’s education and employment has drastically been increasing. First of all, female leadership is rising but male leadership is decreasing. Previously, majority of leaders were men; however, nowadays, we can see many women leader in the world. For instance, most of the Latin American nations had male dictators, but now three of the biggest nations, Brazil, Argentina and Chile, have women leaders who were all voted by democratic elections. Furthermore, when I entered this company ten years ago, there were nine heads of each department, and 8 of them were men and the rest one was a woman. Now, more than half of departments’ heads are women. Secondly, women’s education and employment are nearly equal to the ones of men in some countries. Traditionally, people were sensed that women needed to stay home and take care of children and household tasks, but men needed to educate, work and earn money. However, now, this view changed to that male and female should be equally part of these activities. 20 years ago, in country, the ratio of male and female’s college education was 1.7. Now, this ratio is almost same. For employment, young women do not want to stay home. They would like to take college education, work in a company and be part of active social life. In conclusion, the number of men leaders is decreasing and the number of women leadership is increasing. Nowadays, also, males and females equally attend college courses and work.
