I have to write an essay about this:
Many college graduates could not find suitable jobs when they finish their higher education. What are the job problems for college graduates? Write a paragraph of about 250 words.
I don't understand much about "the job problems". What should be mentioned here? My teacher has given me some suggestions such as colleges and universities' failing to gear their cirricula to the development of industries. But I don't feel that is appropriate. Please help me

i think the problems may be: In the university , some students don't have the vocational training , so they can't be easy to suit their new jobs. For example: in class, they only have the thereotic lessons, not practise, so how can they work well in the real situation. ) So , even how excellent the college graduates are , if they can't connect well with their colleagues , their intelligence also means nothing.
