Essay & Composition Writing

Please give me some feedback on my IELTS Writing Task 1. Thanks!

The chart below shows the places visited by different people living in Canada.

The bar chart compares the proportion of people visiting Canadian attractions, namely cinema, theatre, library, and zoo. The three categories of visitors shown are migrants from English-speaking nations, migrants from other countries, and native Canadians.

Overall, cinema is the dominant one among five places given while theatre is relatively unattractive to people living in Canada. In addition, English speakers constitute the highest percentage of overall visitors.

In detail, a majority of indigenous inhabitants of Canada and native English Speakers are audiences of the cinema, at about 70% and 65% respectively. Following that, their priorities were zoo, library, and theatre, in that order. Zoo attracts a half of people from English-speaking countries and over 40% of the Canadians, almost double those of theatre.

Meanwhile, the highest percentage of non-native English speakers (roughly 55%) is recorded in library, at least 15% more than the other two groups. The values for cinema and zoo are one in two and one in three respectively, while merely one in ten people choose theatre as their destinations.

Note: if the groups are cumbersome to describe, you can give them short-cut designations in the opening paragraph. That avoids some awkward repetition. This task does not really give a good opportunity for combining groups or categories, but you can do comparisons.
