"In some cultures, the old age is highly valued while in some cultures, youth is highly valued. Discuss and give your opinion."
In this day and age, the elderly have have been extremely appreciated in some places. Whereas in some other regions, there are more significant priorities to the young compared to the old age. From my point of view, I suppose that both of two generations should be equally concerned.
On the one hand, an array of policies in some areas have been carried out to support older people as they need to take a rest in this period. In other words, those in this age group had spent their whole lives dedicating for society development, so they can be free to choose what to do at this time. The elderly in developed countries, for example, can either stay at home with their aldult children or take living at nursing homes into consideration. They can also participate in some sporty activities and healthy excercises not only to have fun with their peers but also enable them to boost tremendous positive effects on their cardiovascular and muscularskeletal systems. It would be probably because nation budget in their countries is spent on social welfare, scheme pension and other forms of essential aspects of older people's lives.
By contrast, in some other zones, emphasis has just been placed on younger people sinse they are the most prominent individuals who have a dramatical contribution to economy, politic and other crucial fields. To be more specific, governments would concentrate more on education, healtth services of youngsters , while people in old age group could be neglected. The junior are received a wealth of prorities from public policies such as perks and awards considered as both physical and mental values. So goverments can incentivize those in this age group to devote for their own careers associated with social growth.
In conclusion, not only the elderly but also the younger should be strongly respected. It is, therefore, too much to ask policymakers to spend more public spending and pay more attention on them to enhance the quality of living conditions for all citizens.
