Money irrefutably has a considerable bearing on individuals’ working awareness. Given its profound impact, It is believed that many people are working in their institutes with the purpose of earning money only. From my perspective, I entirely disagree with this assertation, and advocate that there are favorable goals that could inspire people to work indigenously.

On the one hand, there are two main reasons why making money is the ultimate goal for people to work hard. Firstly, It is apparent that money and payment have a vital role in

people’s daily lives, as the monetary abundant facilitates for people to get life’s intangibles. Besides, human beings are able to have an opportunity to meet the expenditure on paying taxes, bills or purchasing daily necessities, so people could have a sense of accomplishment with their jobs. In spite of being dissatisfied with their employment, the income earned can provide people with the means necessary to lead a happy and abundant life. For example, waiters, waitresses of shippers, which jobs have no purpose than making money. However, people still take on these jobs in order to obtain money and ensure financial stability.

Nevertheless, It goes without saying that there is more than a reason for people to consider beside making money when they enter into the workforce. On top of that, the sense of contentment when people are able to work with their pursuit also aspire for them to work effectively. For instance, many youngster opt for a job that they dream about after graduation despite of low payment they are offered rather than choosing a well-paid job with no any prospects for the furture. So people tend to make extra efforts at their workplaces with a view of finding their accomplishment and satisfaction.

In conclusion, although obtaining money might be considered as the main reason for people to go a great length in their works with the view of reaching the abundant of finances aside, I still firmly believe that the satisfaction and the prospects of jobs should be taken as a motivation for people to work diligently.
