The chart illustrates the yearly payment of doctors and other workers in seven different nations in the year 2004.
Overall, the doctors' yearly payments was always higher than that of workers. Also of note is that US paid the largest annual salary for both positions and also recorded the widest gap between these two figures.
Regarding the US, doctors in these countries received about 120 thousand dollars for salary in 2004, which nealy tripled the amount of money workers are paid in this country. It is of note that Switzeland and France recorded the same amount of annual pay for doctors in the year 2004, at around 70 thousand dollars, while workers in the former earned for money than those in the latter (about 30 and 40 thousand US dollars).
Turning to Itay, Czech Republic and Germany, the annual salaries of workers in these countries were nearly equal, at just above 60%. The lowest payment for this job was observed in Finland, at only 50 thousand dollars. Meanwhile, workers in this country were paid 25 thousands dollars, relatively higher than the amount of money workers in Italy, Czech and Germany received in 2004 ( 20 thousand dollars).
