Overall, there are thirteen steps in the process with begins with collecting plastic bottles and finishes with making clothes.
To begin with, plastic bottles of various sizes are collected and delivered to the factories. Then they are brought into sorting machines to distinguish between usable and unusable ones. Afterward, they are shredded into small pieces by shredding machines. In the next step, they are passed to next place and sanitized by clean water. Afterthat, they are being dried for ten hours in the sun and then boiled in high temperature until it melted.
In the subsequent step, they are strain and made into yarn. The process continued with weaving to create beautiful and colorful fabrics and rolling up into seperated units. The process finishes when recylced fabric Is used to manufacture clothers by designer and ready to worn by customers.
