Please give me advise about my academic motivation letter!!!

Hello Dear Sirs and Madams ))
I am asking for your help with my motivation letter. First of all, what do you think about general content and structure? And secondly, your remarks about vocabulary. Please don't worry about grammar, I didn't check it still. I am hurry, so I want to be confident with content before working on grammar. Thanks a lot for your efforts!!!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am applying for admission to the MCs XXX
program because I want a carrier related with developing national innovation
system and I believe that this program is the best opportunity for me to
achieve my target.
Russia has no other way to become modern country with strong diversity
economy but to build a real working national innovation system. The
government realized it and started to applying significant efforts towards this
direction (10% of federal budget in 2010). I believe that Russia has excellent
potencies in innovations, there are many great scientists and engineers with
gorgeous researches or prototypes here, but a very few people who know
how to convert this achievement into product that can be successful on the
global market.
I realized this statement when I compared my two work’s experience.
First one is my work at the Beriev aircraft company, where I worked part-
time during my studying at university. This company has a world leading
knowledge about hydro- and aerodynamic of seaplanes, but doesn’t have
any producing and selling model of seaplane. Other experience is my current
work at the Moscow Boeing Design Center, where I and my colleagues
are designing the most innovative civil airplane in the world, Boeing 787
Dreamliner. Working at the Ground Support Equipment project, I suggested
radical design improvement for 787’s cooling system’s maintaining cart, my
design was instantly considered and admitted as effective, and I was given
two other engineers to perform final design and documentation. This cart
already maintaining Dreamliner at the field, and I was rewarded with the
certificate of achievement of Boeing's program "The future belongs to you".
Now I have strong evidence that any ideas and technologies without using it
are meaningless.
On the other hand, I have passion to new technologies and unusual
decisions since childhood, when my fathers build machine for underroad
drilling using details from dead airplanes, and made business with this
machine. Later my university graduating project was very innovative.
We designed airliner’s vertical fin, and I, as a head of a team of my nine
classmates, was responsible for general design conception management.
After brainstorming it was decided to use unique spars’ design and
composite materials. We faced lack of design and technology methodology
and were going to ruin the deadline. I understood that rules in developing
unconventional project are special with a lot of pitfalls. However, I
was very happy to make the project that nobody did before me at my

university. According to my recent activity, I am member of “Futurussia”
society, “Zvorykinsky proekt” (InnovateRussia) and “Seliger innovation
forum”, where I am participating in working out national innovation strategy
and processes.
Also I am sure that successful innovation economy in Russia is possible
only if we build strong relations with global innovation society. Government
realized it, and the most ambitious project “Skolkovo” declared as
international, with high portion of participating of European, American and
Asian innovation experts and companies, including my employer, Boeing.
I think that there is great opportunity for me in this field, because I am
working in multinational team, I have experience of long-term business trips
to USA for Boeing and I like to plunge into another culture and lifestyle and
do this every time when I have any chance.
To sum it up, if I graduate XXX program,
I will have everything for successful carrier in international innovation
business, so I look forward to your positive response.
