Please give me advices about my translation
My Manager asked me to translate E-mail from my native language to English here is an example:
According to the chart of account sent before please informed that, this chart is in use currently. Adding/adapting accountant dimensions isn’t our responsibility. Then, we asking to redesign the chart of account with its current situation to be compatible with program and send it back to us to have an approve when all of that is your company responsibilities.
at the first place I translated as:
According to the chart of account that been sent before please be informed that, this chart has currently been used. Then, your company is responsible for program implementation so, it’s required to rearrange the chart of account with its current situation to be matched with program and send it to us to have our approval cause this is your core job.
He said I'm not good enough in translation
what can I do, I want to Improve my skills in English E-Mails
