Please fix my paragragh

  1. The results from the graph indicate it was predicted that the students would perform at the same level for the 2009 school and 2010 school year. The graph shows the students went down in the 2010 school year. The estimated number of students who would be proficient was 48.8, but the actual number of students that were proficient was 40.4. IN the year 2010 the students performed at a lower rate. On the other hand for both of the testing segments the students performed better on test B. For both years the students did go up.
