Please fix my mistakes in this essay, thank you a lot!

Many people argue that workplace must have distinctive sections to ensure the privacy and the security of both individual and company, and this might bring about some disadvantages to the staffs. Nevertheless, in my perspective, the advantages of open space in office are much more significant than its drawbacks.

It is sometimes believed that an office without walls or barriers leads to lower level of personal privacy as well as risking the security of one company. As there is no more separation between departments, everyone could easily find out what others are doing on their screens. In other words, personal life of staffs could be leaked if there are some private information saved on their computers. Moreover, there always have some documents which only could be accessed by certain personnel. Therefore, if there are no walls between them and the others, those files could totally be seen by anyone who is out of the incumbent, risking the company security.

However, an open plan office helps to strengthen the bonds between staffs as well as boost the efficiency of the company. People can talk to each other without moving out of their chairs. If there were walls and doors between them, they could feel quite lazy to go out of their place and talk to the others. Therefore, this tendency could be totally eliminated with an office without any barriers. Furthermore, discussing topics relating to work has never been that fast because workers do not have to pass numerous walls and doors to get to the other departments anymore. Less time for discussions means higher efficiency would emerge, leading to better quality of the company.

To conclude, while there are some disadvantages of an open office, I maintain that its benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
