Due to the increasing living rate in big cities, more and more people do not have time to worry about their health which results in the shortage of exercise. Although there will undoubtedly be some detrimental consequences of this, I beieve there are several solutions to tackle this broblems.
One of the most common reasons for this phenomenon is the lack of time. People living in modern cities have an endless list of work to do relating to various aspects such as social relationships, companies, families. Moreover it also reduces the needed time to take care of themselves which makes their health easily in worse condition. Another reason which is resulted from the first one is the tiredness. After a hard working week, people are extremely tired, the only thing they want is to lie at home and watch TV. Therefore, lying on a sofa and watching TV will be taken priority first which has severe impacts on people’health if they keep doing it for a long time.
Therefore, there are some measures to address this problem. First, we have to make our schedule appropriately. Depending on different circumstances, we can rearrange our timetable to make use of the time effectively. After doing that, our health will increase significantly by having enough time to do exercise. Second, we can ask for help from your friends or your families. Ask them to remind us when we have no motivation to work out, ask them support us whenever we feel tired, ask them to join with us so that we do not feel lonely.
In conclusion, it is clear that there are various reasons for not doing exercise and steps to be taken to tackle with its consequences.
