While I agree that an unhealthy lifestyle and poor diet, that should make a weakly health, that is a fact to make the high medical cost in the future. But I think that our illnesses are a result of bad mental health, which is likely the answer to high our medical's invoice.
One of the hand, I would agree that an unhealthy lifestyle absolutely may affect health. In other words, an unhealthy lifestyle as smoking, sleep later, streetful, more drink alcohol is the main cause to make poor health. For example, a man usually eats more fast food and spends a litter bit of time on the day to their fitness. He may meet some diseases such as obesity, heart attack. He will pay a thousand USA to medical, which is too expensive. If people have bad behavior for a long time, it means they may pay a high medicine invoice in the future.
One the other hand, I also think that health is affected by mental health. Some of our illnesses as depression, autism; these are a result of streetful. It means a man, who usually meets streetful in office, will be over mental. When everything passes a limited, he likely to be autism or depression. Nowadays, it's difficult to treat it, cause people must do some mental treatment and sometimes the medical isn't good for it. This may waster a lot of time and money of people than normal illness.
In conclusion, while good mental will make stronger health without depression, autism. People can save much more money and time. However, I believe that healthy behavior may reduce mostly diseases, then people likely to pay fewer medical's invoices.
