Hi, A better version is eg Please find attached the files you requested. But 'Please find' is business jargon. I prefer eg Here are the files you requested.

A better version is eg Please find attached the files you requested.

But 'Please find' is business jargon. I prefer eg Here are the files you requested.

Thanks Clive. But most of the times, they don't request. It's my part of the duty to send those files. In that situation, is that fine to say your version?

No, it was just an example.

You could say eg
Here are the April sales files.
Here are the files for this week.

If you say "Here are..." then you don't need to say "Please find attached" too.

Don't use an & - spell out "and."
Don't capitalize "dipoma."
