On the one hand, it is claimed that funding for construction of train and subway lines play a vital role in limiting congested problem. Fact indicates that these mass transport serve a large number of passengers annually, standing in the second position in terms of traffic capacity. Specially, building train facilitates moving ability because it helps people commute long distance with ease with respect to subway line, creating underground traffic infrastructures mean ti utilize subspace as well as decrease the huge amount of driving in the road. Moreover, the tube offers the convenience to passengers as they no need to find parking spaces at their destination or low cost, there fore, it may enable them to prefer than private car which directly cause traffic jam

On the other hand, build more and broadening road is a strategy that should be taken into consideration. Adding new lane to road will generate more space for all means of transport, increasing circulate ability especially in rush hours. In addition, it is possible that speed of vehicle rise remarkably which create fast moving. For example, since high ways always allow drivers to control their car with high speed, transistors are not stationary as long as no accident occurs.
