You have lost your student identification card. This has created some problems for you.

Dear Sir ,


I am writing this letter with regards to Student Identification card which has lost. I am Vishal anand, student of class Xth of your school.

I am regular student of in my section Xth A. and commutes from home to school by school transport. I am not sure when it has detached from my shirt and dropped somewhere. I also do not get any clue .

Losing my card is affecting me a lot, as if , I can not use the library, the gym and sports facilities. Moreover, with absence of card I can not travel into school transport Also. It is affecting me in terms of identity when we participate into cultural activities.

I hereby would like to make you humble request that kindly re issue me duplicate card so that I will be able to resume the service to support my service.
