Please explain me this situation.

Hi guys,

I need just a little explanation of some parts of the next dialogue. Context: Two cops are talking...

A: Ever get an award for penmanship ?
B: Guessing you think I should have ?...(Is he saying..."Do you think that I should have?" or "What makes you think that I should have?")...I don't understand to it all...Emotion: sad
A: This "P" looks like an "R". (then he showed 'B' probably a warrant) Could have unraveled your PMI warrant big time...(PMI is a name of the investigated school....What's the meaning of the phrase "big time" here? Please what do you think, what does it mean that it could have unraveled that warrant???
B: Came all the way down here to rail on my cursive ?

A: Ever get an award for penmanship ? - sarcastic, implies "Your writing is bad."
B: Guessing you think I should have ? - fairly neutral reply, perhaps asking: "What's the problem?"
A: This "P" looks like an "R"... Could have unraveled your PMI warrant big time.
