Further more Donor and all persons claiming under his shall and will for time to time upon the request of the Donee, do or execute all such acts, deeds and things whatsoever for further and more particularly and perfectly assuring the schedule property and every part thereof unto the Donee and pacing the Donee in possession of the same according to the intents and meanings of these presents as shall or as may be reasonably required.
