Please explain me...

I don't understand why do we have to put ''s'' at the end of the verb in this examples

Who owns this umbrella?Everybody uses it but nobody knows who owns it
ordo you mind if I ask you a question?That depends on the question.''

I understand that we put s or es in third person singular...please explain me sentences above

What is your understanding of 3rd-person singular?

She, he, it, who, anybody, nobody, someone... and more. They all take 3rd-person singular verbs.

Also: Please explain to me, not "explain me."
