Please explain

It has been such a great inspiration to me starting up Girls talk, in the way in which you have attracted so many girls to just wake up and stand up for themselves.1. If I write that first sentence like this = "???? ?????? ???????? ???????? ?? ?????????? ?????????????????????? ???? ???? ???? ?????????? ???? G???????? ????????" would it be correct? 2. What is the meaning of "start up" and "in the way" in that paragraph?
