They not only have a desire to succeed in the domestic market but also expand their business on an overseas scale for the sake of proceeds. As a consequence, tourism is a concrete condition for them to gain more insights into another nation’s trade, thereby promoting their images. In turn, native residents also make the most of this opportunity, yielding higher incomes by working for tourism services.

Second, international tourism has its cultural merits. It undoubtedly helps boost cultural convergence, especially in the context of rising globalization. The language of Viet Nam is an outstanding instance, which is strikingly indicated by the modern Vietnamese writing system. It was first created based on the Latin alphabet and taught by professor Alexandre de Rhodes, who traveled to Vietnam in the 17th century. It is regarded as a symbol of cultural exchange.

Furthermore, a phenomenal upsurge of cross-border tourism nourishes mutual understandings of people from distinct cultural backgrounds.
