A quick Course on Job Interviews in the United States from The job Finding Journal: International Edition

There are many books available about job interviews, but unfortunately, there’s very little time to read them. To make your busy life easier, here is quick list of essential points. Keep these in mind next time you have a job interview in the United States.

• Be clear on what you want to ask about the company and the job.
• Plan to talk half the time and let the employer talk the other half of the time (or more).
• Keep each answer to two minutes or less. Don’t talk on and on.
• Never say anything negative about a previous employer or previous place where you worked.
• Take any evidence, such as a portfolio, you have of past accomplishment to show your potential employer. The artist’s portfolio, for example, would include a collection of samples of his or her best artwork. Computer programmers would have printouts of programs they have written.
• Always write a thank-you note the same day as the interview, and send it to the employer.

Thanks Philip !

My doubt is, the question was starting with "why" and not with "who"?

So, I opted "C".
