In some countries, people prefer to rent a house for accommodation, while in other countries people prefer to buy their own house. Does renting a house have more advantages or disadvantages than buying a house?

There is some doubt as to whether buying a house is worthwhile. Although there is no straightforward way to resolve this doubt and everyone must consider its own circumstances before deciding on this issue, I believe people are benefited more by renting a house instead of buying it.
Some people would rather buy a house than rent a house. This preference has some advantages. First, buying a property is sort of investment. Next, having a place for living is one of the most crucial needs of humans and buying a home enables people to ensure that they will not be homeless. In addition, this prevents people from relocating which is considered a stressful activity.
On the other hand, some people believe renting a dwelling is a better choice. In their eyes investing money in dwellings is not effective when it is possible to invest it in more successful business. Hence, they put their money into commerce which has potential for earning more than rent of the accommodation. Furthermore, they think that finding a suitable place for living is not a big deal if you willingly pay the price of it. Moreover, for them relocating is just an element of improving the life. And last but not least, many people cannot afford buying a house and renting it helps them to manage their finances.
To conclude, in spite of the fact that buying a home has some benefit my own view is that renting it is more profitable.
