According to this paragraph:
After he left Marta’s village, Alex moved quickly and quietly across the fields. Nobody saw him. He walked and ran, and walked again.

1. How did Alex move after he went away from Marta’s place? He moved quickly and quietly.
2. How many people saw him? Nobody.
3. Did Alex only run across the fields? No; he also walked.
