Please evaluate the questions

Assuming that we know that the person who talks is 'Marta' and you is 'Alex'.
That was my friend George from the house down the road. Somebody saw you at the window this morning. It was that woman from the post office. The police give her money, and she tells them all the secrets of the village.’

1. Who was George? Marta’s friend. / Her friend.
2. Where did George live? In the house down the road.
3. What was George’s reason to go to Marta’s house? To tell her that somebody saw Alex at the window that morning.
4. Who saw Alex at the window that morning? The woman from the post office.
5. What did the woman from the post office used to do? She used to tell the police all the secrets of the village.
6. Was that for free? No, it wasn’t. The police gave her money.

I think Post Office and Police are always written with initial capitals.

I see what you mean. Maybe you could say "What had the woman from the Post Office done in the past?"
It's just the used to do that seems out of place after such a long compond noun.

Suggestion: Why did George go to Marta’s house?

That's OK but perhaps you could ask "What other work did the woman from the Post Office do?" If you don't use the word other, your students might think that you're asking them what she did as part of her job at the Post Office, and we don't know that.

Surfer, you're right, the story implies that she is still spying for the Police while she works at the Post Office. It was the words used to do in question 5 that made me think that she had been doing her spying as a separate job, before she joined the Post Office.
