It is about enhancing motivation in class with a maximum of 180 words. Hope You can help me in correcting this writing test. Thanks in advance.

One of the most important things in class for a teacher is the necessity of being understood, but how can we realize if our students are motivated in class or not? Many of the students come from different realities, have different personalities, and react different in each situations, so motivation is something inside or outside the students whose purpose is to create interest, sense of success and enthusiasm to learn or to reach any goal in their lives.

To enhance motivation, teacher always has to be aware about different characteristics from our students because these can affect directly in the learning process, for example Children need intrinsic motivation instead of extrinsic motivation which is needed mostly by adults, while adolescents need both. The process of create different activities to encourage motivation in our students could be difficult; for example dynamic activities or games for children or the exact words we need to help them in this process those could be good ways to improve motivation in students.

In conclusion, there are many ways to improve motivation in students but these ways have to be closely involved with their characteristics.
