Please evaluate my task 1 _ IELTS GT

You work in an international company. You need to take some time off work. Write a letter to your employer. In your letter:

• explain why you need this time off -
• give details of when you want this time off -
• say who can do your work when you are away–

Dear Mr Paul,

I am writing this letter to request a two - day unpaid leave. Unfortunately, my uncle had a car accident and in dire need of a blood donor. Since I am the nearest blood relative to him. It is necessary for me to visit and save his life.

I would have to fly out as soon as possible, as his health is getter worse with every passing minute. Additionally, I have planned to leave today, and a return flight reservation has been made for Sunday morning. In this way, I will be away from work starting on January 18th and will resume back on the 21st of January.

Since Mr Jack has been closely working along with me on the client’s presentation, which is scheduled for coming Thursday. I have internally discussed this with him, and he is willing to support me in this difficult time. Furthermore, I will be available for any assistance required at any time.

Please consider this emergency I am facing at the moment and allow me to have these two days off.
