Please evaluate my questions

Hi teachers,
According to this paragraph:
Just then they heard somebody at the door.
Quick! Marta said. Upstairs. Hide under the bed.
Alex ran upstairs and hid. Three minutes later Marta came quickly upstairs. Her face was very angry.

1. Why did Marta tell Alex to go upstairs? Because they heard somebody at the door.
2. Where did Marta tell Alex to hide? Under the bed. (Is there a similar verb for hide that makes sense?)
3. Did Alex take his time to go upstairs? No, he didn’t. He ran upstairs.
4. What did Marta do a short time after? She come quickly upstairs.
Which one is better?
5a. What was Marta's countenance like? It was very angry.
5b. What did Marta's countenance look like? It was very angry. / It looked very angry

For 5c. 'How did Marta look?' The answer is 'She looked very angry.'
Could I also answer, 'She was angry' instead of that one?
My opinion is that I can't because she just gave the impression to be angry, But we can't assure she was. Right?
