In the developed world, average life expectancy is increasing. What problems will this cause for individuals and society? Suggest some measures that could be taken to reduce the impact of ageing population.

In the modern life, the life of human is longer. Therefore, that will lead to many problems happen for individuals and society also. However, the government will have some solution to solve this problem.

Nowadays, the life of human has been much improved and that makes people have an easy life and people will get more health. Therefore, average life expectancy of people is increasing in the modern life. That is a good point because it shows that the qualities of life is more development and people are become healthier. Besides, the average life expectancy of people is increasing can be lead to many negative problems for individuals and society. Specifically, many nations in the world have the high average life expectancy. The problem happens that population in many nations become aging, and it will lead to imbalance about population occurs. Moreover, when the life expectancy rise, it is synonymous with the society have a lot of people in retirement age. That will make the problem for the government to support grants for many people in retirement age in that nation. Furthermore, the rate of people in the working age is less than people who in retirement age and it will make the government have to spend grants more than receive tax from the people who is working.

It is clear that many problems happen when the life expectancy increase. Therefore, the government in many nations must have some measures to solve that problem. Firstly, the government should have the policy that encourages the immigrant come to their nation. This will make the nation have more people in working age and the government has more tax from immigrants. Secondly, the government should encourage the people who is working have more children in each family because there will help the government have more population in the future.

In conclusion, the government has many aging in that country should prepare some solution to solve that problem before that problem become difficult.
