It's pretty good. You obviously have some kind of accent, but it's not readily identifiable as any particular kind of accent. If possible, you might try to slow down your speech to some degree. You're speaking quite rapidly, more rapidly than in normal speech. But overall your English is pretty good. I would say it's more than adequate for a job that requires English speaking.

Your pronunciation and accent are fine. You have no problems there. Just speak a little more slowly, and don't say "cause" instead of "because." The only word you mispronounced was "undergraduate"; I'm sure that can be fixed if you slow down a little.
