Subject: Weekly Sales Numbers

Suzie,

We were reviewing your store sales and weekly numbers and noticed they are decreasing. This email will give you a few ideas on how to generate more revenue this coming year. I hope you understand that these few simple tactics can go a long way.

We received a negative report on your store's cleanliness. We want our stores to look inviting to customers as this has an impact on their opinion about our company. You can look into hiring a cleaning service or delegate this responsibility to your staff.

You also need to be more sensitive to our clients who call you with a problem. You need to use polite phrases, such as, "Thank you for calling Simple Loan. This is Shirley, how may I help you?"

Transactions with clients need to be quick. You have reported in the past that your cash registers are slow. We are putting in an order for a new cash register system for your store. You must hold a training session for both your new and experienced cashiers.

I understand that you are under a lot of pressure. You have fewer employees and many of them are in need of training. I can offer you two new employees from the West Market location that can help you on Fridays and Saturdays.

I believe that, together, we can find a solution that will impact your profit margin in a positive way. How do you feel about these changes? Perhaps we can meet in person next week to discuss additional help on the weekends. I can book my flight today to be there on Monday morning.

Thanks,

Shirley Atkins
