Put soap in the baby bottles. Fill them up with water to almost the brim. Put the teat and cap on the bottle. Shake the bottle until the bottle is filled with lather and you can no longer feel the water inside the bottle. Take cap off and rinse.

It sounds okay as is. However, in the US we usually use the word nipple rather than teat when referring to the rubber thing on the bottle.
