please edit a short essay i had to do 4 school

As explained by James Hilton in his novel Lost Horizon, Shangri-La is a fantasyland located in the western end of the Kunlun Mountains in which life is nearly prefect. Shangri-La is not located on any maps, and is largely nothing more than a myth to those who have not experienced it. But for those who have been blessed with the satisfaction of gracing Shangri-La’s premise, they know Shangri-La as a hopeful reality, a place in which dreams come true and life is not a barren. One who has stayed at Shangri-La might even go as far as describing the place as Heaven of Earth.

But outside of mental reality, could a place such as Shangri-La actually exist on Earth? The law of absolutes responds in the affirmative, while the law of probability responds with a resounding no. Due to sheer length of time that humans have inhabited Earth and to the advances in technology that they have made, the likelihood of a place such as Shangri-La actually existing seems extremely rare. On the other hand, as the old cliché attests to, anything can happen.

Bearing this in mind, one can accurately predict that Shangri-La does in fact exist, if not physical reality, in mental, a stone hard fact that cannot be disputed. And it’s because of this that we can allow ourselves to “let go”, drop our guards and fly with the wind, for if such a place can exist, then there can always be a place to run.
