Dear Teachers,

Could you please help me with correction?
My achievement letter may long but please read patiently and make correction as i really need your help.

I would like to express my achievement obviously but I have no idea how to express.

"Throughout the busiest year 2011, I could manage to meet the library team target plan very smoothly and successfully.

The obvious achievement of 2011 is the Charity funfair in November which I organised co-ordinately with **volunteers. I could manage **volunteers to get the valuable experiences relate with communication skills, team working skills and management skills in one blow at this fair. In addition, I could raise 5millions kyat to run ** projects in education, health, nutrition supports to underprivileged people.

In addition, I arranged disabled development training for the ** members in order to fulfil the required skills to be more effective when they are dealing with disabled people for mobile library support. Not only that I organised GCM seminar for them to give knowledge of the movement of youth around the world.

Furthermore, I could create the power- point presentation for the library orientation session to get the attendees more interesting and memorise easily and also make quiz activity about library services to evaluate them how much they can cope the whole presentation. As the result, the survey said 98% of members met their expectation and they agree that this session is the high quality activity.
I’ve also done a great job in recovering overdue items and my effort has helped save the library thousands of sterling pounds which would otherwise have been used on replacement of lost books. I could recover 555 books and 57 DVDs from 8 months (April to November’11) overdue items. The cost of the returned books and DVDs is about £ 22162.14 and also collect Kyat 2,275,100 as overdue fines which make partially to increase the library’s revenue.

I organised the “Swing Dance” session for the women’s club. It is very popular among library members as well as non members and the number of club member has increased double to 40 attendees. I’ve still received members’ request to organise this session again.

Besides, I’ve still get positive comment from English learners that 86 English articles I uploaded on Myanmar Network are very useful and they like to learn.
