Please differentiate between "I have lived here for 10 years now" and "I have lived here for 10 years".

Can you point out the differences between "I have lived here for 10 years now" and "I have lived here for 10 years" please?

There is no real difference in meaning. The person is calling a little attention to the present time, but that is already understood. It is a little redundant, but redundancy isn't always a bad thing.
