Please, could you help me

I'm writing a letter of motivation. Could you be so kind to read through it and help me to make it better. Thank you!!!

Your company is one of the leading firms in audit and consulting. The team of professionals meets the highest requirements given by developing markets.

Their cooperative work appears to be a key point in financional control of companies, harmonization their accounting, giving support in solving current problems in book-keeping.

As you need active educated young people I made up my mind to try myself for Audit Assistant. I would like to join your team and achieve my self-realization in this direction as it seems to be modern and necessary for business to work.

I'm finishing The State University of Management, World Economy faculty. And so it will be easy for me to understand the business processies in your country.

There is no problem for me to go on frequent business trips and work overtime. Received knowledge, skills of working in stress-situations, speaking foreign languages will be of great use in achieving goals. Besides I think I 'm right for this job due to the next features: attentive to details, responsible for taken work, hardworking.

I hope my candidature will interest you.

I'd start off with stating that you are applying for the job. It's best to get to the point quickly as a lot of companies get so many letters they may not read them all fully, just scan and discard those that don't seem to be of interest. " Then you need to organise your thoughts a little better and state why you are applying for the job and give them some good reasons to want to interview you.

  • At the moment your thoughts are a bit disorganised and wouldn't make a good impression on me.
  • You need to sell yourself more and waffle/flatter them less.
