Please, could you correct my questions ?

Please, I'd be very grateful if you could correct the following items:

a) Media influences people's lives or people's life. (?);

b) Pamela told me she needed to do exercises (is it correct when refers to practice sports, make gym ?);

c) If someone feels better with his make-up, let him with his happiness. (here my question is: We use the pronoun "he" with indefinite pronouns as it is the case of 'someone', but this sentence refers to a woman, because of the 'make-up'. So What to do?);

d) The most important for them is their mind or are their mind?
