Please corrrect these questions

Please correct these. I am particularly keen on finding out the correctness of punctuation. Thank you.

1. Do you know of any instance in which a person has been allowed to receive benefits under the same condition?

2. Have you organized your essay coherently, in paragraphs where necessary?

3. Who was the person going out, taking all his belongings?

4. If he asks you for the money and she gives it to him, do you think it will benefit him in the long run?

5. Which of the three people -- John Doe, Jane Doe and XXX Doe -- did he form a relationship with?

6. Have you written your essay in an interesting fashion, so that reading it is (will be?) interesting thing to do?

I have noticed that you sort of (If I could use those words) did away with comma usage for the number 2 and 3 questions. Do you think a comma should be used sparingly in questions? Could you give me one good example where a comma is correctly place in a question?

Commas have no peculiar association with questions rather than statements, but they impede the sentence flow when used profusely and try the patience of the reader if he sees no use for them. I don't think they are necessary in your 2 and 3. Use them when confusion would result from their absence.
