Please corret my sentence, thanks

We shall add USD20.00 per shipment on top of the transportation free from China to Hong Kong base on the shipping terms is FOB China. The total cost for five lot shipments will be USD100.00.

The first sentence is not good English, and I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say. ) I'd guess that "base on" is a mistake for "based on", but I suppose it's possible that you're referring to a base in Hong Kong. You do definitely do mean "free", do you, rather than "fee"?
