Monitoring data have been collecting at the ADP level against indicators designed for a project using both quantitative and qualitative methods and captured into existing M&E system at ADP level ensuring data quality through proper verification and validation process. Data verification and validation process has performed by M&E Officer under supervision of ADP Manager. For quantitative data collection, pre-designed structured questionnaire and for qualitative data collection, FGD/PRA has been used.

The Project Manager of each project has been providing monthly data to M&E Officer within 1st week of next month. Each month the M&E Officer has been reviewing, editing and compiling the data, preparing monthly report and submitting to ADP Manager. After review of the report ADP Manager send to the Associate Director by 10th of month with a copy to DME coordinator.
