P2: Oh you can get it in alot of ways necklace, keychains, bracelets, wall hanging and such..

P2: So what kind of will u get?

Barb, you've probably seen a Hamsa without knowing what it was called -- it's a representation of a hand, usually with an eye in the middle of the palm.
