Please correct this short letter

Context: I will complain about a coworker (reviewer) for not doing his job properly which affects our entire team.

"Please don't get me wrong, but I would suggest you to hire a professional proofreader. He (my colleague) has many grammatical, spelling, punctuation and typographical mistakes which make my translations pointless in the end. In addition, I should follow his entries and repeat those mistakes because he is a reviewer. His translations and reviews does not have the flow and style that makes it seem natural to a native speaker of the Italian language. I wouldn't even bother you, but those mistakes are truly horrible.
