I am confused. Which one of the following is grammatically correct and what's the difference between the three?

1. I shall contact you after my project has ended.

Could someone please help? Thanks in advance.

1. I shall contact you after my project has ended.
2. I shall contact you after my project ends.
3. I shall contact you after my project will end.

The first two have the same meaning. I prefer the first.
