There is no obvious problem in this sentence that I can see.
Perhaps you could also say;
The payroll office [pay office?] has sent your income tax information [statement, summary, group certificate?] to you.
or .... has [already] sent you your .......

Like I said it was tricky. The correct answer is:
The payroll clerk will send your income tax information to you
Offices are inanimate objects and cant do anything.the action is created by a person.
